John Davidson (Freshwater Institute)

John Davidson is a Research Scientist at the Conservation Fund’s Freshwater Institute where he has been employed for 25 years. John holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Shepherd University, a master’s in Fisheries and Wildlife Resources from West Virginia University, and an industry-focused Dr. Philos. degree from the University of Bergen, Norway. John has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed research articles on a variety of topics including Atlantic salmon production in RAS, off-flavor remediation, and optimizing water quality for salmonids.
