Exhibitions

During the conference, we offer exhibition space in a marquee outside the conference venue. This provides companies and suppliers with an opportunity to showcase technical equipment and services, and to connect with new contacts. All coffee breaks and informal networking before the conference dinner will take place in the exhibition area, ensuring good interaction between participants and exhibitors. Exhibitors will also have access to the participant list (except for those who have opted out). See the overview of the exhibition area below.

Each stand has three fixed walls and measures 2 × 3 meters.

The price for 2026 is NOK 15,000 per 2 × 3 m stand. In addition, a conference fee of NOK 5,500 (early bird) applies for those who wish to attend the conference, which requires separate registration. Companies with exhibition stands may also order lunch and tickets for the conference dinner.
